Would You Believe the Road Paved with Setbacks Can Be A Good Thing?

Would you believe that the road paved with setbacks can be the way to fulfillment? To love? To joy? To peace of mind? To happiness? To success? To satisfying relationships?

Are what we perceive as setbacks, always actually a setback? This week’s episode was inspired by one of my recent experiences, and a comment made in the show A Million Little Things. All of this led me to the concept of how our perception of situations can affect the quality of our lives.

Things are not always as they appear if we are able to zoom out and be more of an observer of our lives. I hope that you’ll zoom in with me to see that possibly what we see as setbacks on our road of life are actually pointing us in the right direction.

Not be missed take-ways:

1. Trust the process

2. Be aware of the thoughts and stories you’re telling yourself so that…

3. You’re energy is at a higher vibration

4. We either revolve or evolve. Thank you Cathy Heller.

5. Set your intentions and let go of your attachment to the outcome.

6. Remember that so often what we perceive as setbacks, can be a good thing.

And your mission, that I hope you’ll choose to accept…

When a setback happens: trust the process, be aware of the stories and thoughts you’re telling yourself, do Notice it, Name it, Reframe it to get your energy up, set your intentions for moving forward, let go of your attachment to the outcome, and you’re on your way!

Thank you so much for listening! And until the next time, live passionately, vulnerably, and keep loving later life!
