I love hanging out with my grown kids, going to see Broadway shows, sharing laughs and glances during songs we mutually love.
I am most proud of being the mom of two incredible grown humans. I’m also a Later Life Coach, published writer with articles in Huffington Post, a variety of newspapers, an array of online magazines, and now podcast host/creator of Loving Later Life. I’ve been seen on regional theatre stages, TV, film, and co-wrote and co-starred in a musical sketch comedy which played from Hollywood to Minneapolis. Most of these accomplishments happened in later life, and I’m passionate about women of a certain age realizing that it is never too late to do whatever their soul desires.
Fun facts: I am unapologetically open, authentic, some would say humorous, and tend to season my vocabulary with a few spicy words! I love quotes whether they are from songs, musicals, movies, brilliant people, or the mouths of babes.
Since I am authentically open, I will admit my not-so-guilty pleasure is relaxing in the evening to watch…General Hospital! And, I was on GH and its spin-off, Port Charles!
More fun facts: I moved across country twice in ten months from Southern California to NYC to be near my kids, and back to Northern California; thank you Covid. In that time, I saw Broadway shows, ate soup dumplings, pastrami sandwiches, pizza, and more. I walked thousands of steps, learned the subway system, walked to the Thanksgiving Day parade in my pajamas, sheltered in place in a 700 sq. ft. apartment for 4 months, and confirmed that I enjoy my own company.
