Are You Where You Want to Be?

Are You Where You Want to Be?

Are you where you want to be? This episode was inspired by an article I wrote some years ago that felt very relevant when I re-read it, so I decided to press record and riff on this topic for 11 minutes.

I share how I searched for the answers as a younger person, and as I got older. If we choose to be open and aware, we can always be learning how to have what we crave and be happy with what we have all at the same time.

We can feel happy and stuck at the same time. What can we do to help move the needle so it will play the soundtrack of our lives that we choose? The answer is simple, and it’s in the last 30 seconds. I hope you’ll join me!

Not be missed take-ways:

1. Look for the things you are happy about in your life and feel grateful for them.

2. If there are areas in your life that you wish were different. Make a change.

3. We get stuck in the HOW.

4. If you do nothing, nothing will change.

5. We discover the how once we take action.

6. Meditation, coaching, therapy, connecting with good and trusted friends who don’t have an agenda in your outcome, are all good first steps to getting where you want to be.

7. Ultimately, it’s up to you. Close your eyes, be in alignment, and you will know what to do.

And your mission, that I hope you’ll choose to accept…

Become aware, be in alignment, close your eyes and look inside, then take the next right step.

Thank you so much for listening! And until the next time, live passionately, vulnerably, and keep loving later life!
